Service areas around Edmonton

We're based on Anthony Crescent in south-west Edmonton and serve the city plus six surrounding communities. Which service makes sense depends a lot on where you are, so each page below says so honestly, including when we think you shouldn't book a visit.

Where we work

Leduc

South, and one of our closest areas, on-site visits are genuinely practical here. Covers Nisku and the airport corridor.

On-site practical

Sherwood Park

East, in Strathcona County. Remote support or a $50 device pick-up usually beats paying for the cross-city drive.

Remote or pick-up

St. Albert

North-west. Dense with dental, medical, legal and accounting practices. The offices our on-site service was built for.

On-site for offices

Spruce Grove

West along the Yellowhead. A reasonable run from our side of the city, with pick-up and remote as cheaper alternatives.

All options

Stony Plain

Furthest west, into Parkland County. Built around remote support and pick-up so you rarely need the drive.

Remote or pick-up

Fort Saskatchewan

North-east, our longest run. Remote and managed IT are the sensible answers at this distance.

FURTHER OUT

Not on this list?

The pages here cover the communities we're asked about most often, but the list isn't a boundary. Remote support at $85/hr reaches anywhere with a working internet connection, which covers most software problems regardless of where you are — we've helped people well outside Alberta this way.

For anything physical, call and describe where you are. Pick-up is $50 flat across the Edmonton area, and if you're further out we'll tell you honestly whether the drive makes sense or whether you're better off with someone closer.

HOW WE WORK

Three ways to get it fixed.

Most companies list every town they will take money from and leave it there. Each page here does something more useful: it tells you what we see most often in that community, and which of the three options suits it.

On-site at $130/hr — we come to you. The whole visit is quoted before we set off, travel included, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. Best for networks, servers, several machines at once, or anything that cannot leave the building.

Pick-up and return, $50 flat — anywhere in the Edmonton area. We collect the machine, work on it at the bench where the tools are, and bring it back. Best for hardware: drives, screens, anything that means opening the case.

Remote support at $85/hr — usually the fastest, because we are looking at the machine within minutes of you calling. Best for software: email, malware, updates, printers, setup.

Not sure which you need? The free troubleshooter will tell you, or call (587) 418-3248 and describe it. Quotes are free either way.

ACROSS THE REGION

The same three prices everywhere

Rates do not change with your postcode. On-site is $130/hr wherever you are, remote is $85/hr, and pick-up and return is $50 flat anywhere in the Edmonton area. What changes between these pages is what we tend to see in each community — new-build wiring in the south-west, older network gear in established areas, warehouse coverage out in the business parks.

We are open every day, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., which includes the evenings and weekends when most people actually notice something is broken.
