Who we help
We work with homeowners who just want their computer working again, and with small and mid-sized Edmonton-area businesses that need reliable, proactive IT without hiring an in-house department. For businesses, our Managed IT plans keep everything monitored, secured, and supported for one predictable monthly fee.
How we actually work
Every job starts the same way: we find out what's genuinely wrong before quoting anything. That sounds obvious, but a lot of the industry works the other way round: quote a plausible fix, discover the real problem halfway through, then call you about the difference.
So the diagnostic comes first, at $50 per hour. When we know what failed, you get told what it is, what it costs, how long it takes, and whether it's worth doing at all. Nothing proceeds until you say yes.
The part people find unusual is how often we talk them out of things. If your machine needs a motherboard and it's eight years old, the repair costs more than the computer is worth, and we'll say so. We'd rather lose one job and keep you as a customer. The flip side is just as common: plenty of computers people had written off entirely just needed a $120 SSD, and they come back feeling new.
On your data
Handing someone your computer means handing them your photographs, your correspondence, your financial records and your saved passwords. We don't treat that casually.
If your files matter and aren't backed up, tell us. It changes the order we do things in, and we'll get a copy made before starting anything that carries risk. We work with medical and legal offices where confidentiality isn't a preference but an obligation, and the same care applies to everyone else's machine.
Where we work
Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc, Spruce Grove and Stony Plain, in-shop (by appointment), on-site, and remotely. Our location on Anthony Crescent in south-west Edmonton is appointment only, so call ahead rather than dropping in.
Remote support is the exception to all of that geography. It works anywhere with an internet connection, which is useful if you've moved away or you're the person who ends up doing tech support for family in another province.
What we don't do
We don't cold-call people. If someone rings you claiming to be from Microsoft, or from us, saying there's a problem with your computer, it's a scam. Hang up. We only ever connect to a machine because you contacted us and arranged it.
We also don't sell things you don't need. No antivirus subscriptions bundled onto a repair that didn't require one, no "tune-up packages" for a computer that's simply four years old.
