For either care period, unused edit time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new features and ongoing SEO campaigns are separate work. Support and alert review are during business hours, not 24/7.
No permanent lock-in.
After completing the initial 12-month term, the website is yours. Continue care or receive the website files and reasonable transfer assistance. Your domain stays in your name.
Talk through the optionsDomain renewals, business email and paid platform subscriptions are separate. Hosting for stores, a CMS or a web app is quoted to suit the platform. Cancellation during the initial term is governed by the agreed contract.

The same build packages are the starting point for a redesign. First we review your existing pages, content, domain access and integrations. A straightforward rebuild may fit the same scope; a large migration needs its own allowance.

Can I use one of the examples as my starting point?
Yes. Tell us what you like: the layout, the atmosphere, a particular interaction. We'll adapt the direction to your business. The concepts demonstrate possibilities; their complete feature sets are not automatically included in every package.
Do I have to pay every month?
Choose C$1,995 upfront for the five-page build, with optional C$79/month care, or C$399 setup plus C$179/month for 12 months with care included. The monthly plan has a 12-month commitment. After completing it, you own the website and can continue care for C$79/month or move elsewhere. Domain, email and paid platform fees are separate; early cancellation terms are set out before you sign.
What does initial SEO optimisation include?
Both payment options include initial SEO setup: page titles and descriptions, headings, URLs and internal links, appropriate image alt text, relevant structured data, sitemap and indexability checks, plus Google Search Console and analytics setup. This helps search engines understand the website; it does not guarantee rankings or enquiries. Ongoing SEO campaigns and regular SEO content are separate from monthly care.
How long will it take?
We'll agree on a timeline after seeing your scope and content. Page count, integrations, access to an existing website and the speed of feedback all affect delivery. We won't promise a launch date before reviewing those details.
Can I update the website myself?
If self-editing is important, tell us at the start. We'll recommend and quote an appropriate content-management setup. A straightforward static website does not automatically include a visual editor.
Do you use AI to build websites?
We use modern development tools, including AI where useful. Rightek is responsible for the design decisions, checking the work and supporting the agreed result. You are paying for a finished, reviewed website—not a raw AI draft.
Can you add booking or sell products?
Yes, we can scope a suitable platform or integration. Actual bookings, payments and customer accounts are different from a visual demo and are quoted separately, along with any platform fees.
