Most Edmonton repair shops are not on this side of town
Search for computer repair in this city and most of what comes back is north or central. That is fine until you need to physically hand somebody a machine, at which point a shop across the Whitemud in rush hour stops being convenient.
We are on Anthony Crescent in Allard, at the south-west edge of Heritage Valley. If you are in Windermere, Terwillegar, Riverbend, Ellerslie, Summerside, Chappelle or Keswick, that is a few minutes rather than a trip across the city.
It also means an on-site visit here is quick to arrange. On-site is $130/hr everywhere and always quoted in full first, but from Allard to anywhere in south Edmonton there is very little drive attached to it.
WHAT WE SEE MOST HERE
South Edmonton is mostly new builds, and they fail the same way
Heritage Valley, Windermere, Ellerslie and Chappelle are largely recent construction, and new houses have a consistent problem: the internet arrives at whatever corner the builder chose for the demarcation, usually a basement mechanical room, and everything radiates from the worst possible spot.
People respond by buying a faster plan, which changes nothing, because the bottleneck is coverage rather than speed. The fix is usually moving or supplementing what you already own rather than buying more of it — and it needs somebody walking the house with a meter, which is a genuine on-site job and usually a short one.
The second pattern is home offices that outgrew their equipment. A network chosen for two laptops now carries a work machine, phones, a printer, a doorbell and two televisions, and it shows up as video calls dropping at the worst possible moment.

Are you cheaper because I'm nearby?
The rates are the same everywhere — $50/hr diagnostic, $85/hr remote, $130/hr on-site, $50 pick-up. Being close just makes an on-site visit quick to arrange rather than something to plan around.
Do you cover north Edmonton too?
Yes, at the same prices. We are physically south-west, so for a single machine up north the $50 pick-up usually beats paying travel — but on-site is available across the city and quoted in full first.
Can I come in the evening or on a weekend?
Yes. We're open every day, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., which is when most people actually notice something has broken. Call ahead so somebody is there.
What's the fastest way to get a problem looked at?
Remote support at $85/hr — usually within minutes of you calling, and you watch everything we do. If it needs hands on the hardware we'll say so and arrange collection.
